(UPDATED) DECOR8 HK- Part Time and Full Time Warehouse Assistant (Multiple positions available)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving, unpackaging, assembly and delivery of goods. 

Requirements:

• No experience necessary. Job training will be given. Applications with related work experience desired.
• Fluent in Cantonese; Fair in English
• Mature, friendly, motivated.
• Full Time Working hours (Monthly): On shift, from 11:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m, 9 hours per day, 5/6 days per week
• Part Time Working hours (Hourly): On shift, from 11:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m, 7 hours per day, 3-5 days per week

DECOR8 HK- Receptionist (Multiple positions available)

Responsibilities:

• Answering the phone and answering queries
• Dealing with posts and small parcels
• Printing, photocopying, emailing
• Booking rooms and travel arrangements
• Managing deliveries, diaries and making appointments
• Maintaining filing system
• Any other administrative work assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• College degree or equivalent. Applications with related work experience (1-2 years) desired or design background desired.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Friendly, mature, self-directed and extremely well organized with high attention to detail
• Must be fluent in Cantonese and English; Proficient in Mandarin (those not fulfilling the language requirement will not be accepted)
• Full Time Working hours: On shift, from 10:30 a.m to 7:00 p.m, 8-9 hours per day, 6 days work per week

DECOR8 HK- E-commerce Assistant (Multiple positions available)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for e-commerce product updating, seo, product addition, integration & social marketing

Requirements:.

• Intermediate - Expert knowledge & experience with SEO, PHP, CMS, Static Blocks, GA
• Fluent in pages, numbers, Mac proficient
• Minimum 1 year related working experience.
• Fluent in English
• Mature, friendly, self-motivated, customer-oriented.
• Working hours: Negotiable; On shift, from 11:00am to 7:00p.m, 7-8 hours per day, 5-6 days work per week

DECOR8 HK- Junior and Intermediate E-commerce Associates (Multiple positions available)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for e-commerce product updating, seo, product addition, integration & social marketing

Requirements:

• College degree required
• Intermediate knowledge & experience with SEO, PHP, CMS, Static Blocks
• Fluent in pages, numbers, Photoshop, Indesign, Mac proficient
• Minimum 2-5 year related working experience
• Fluent in English
• Mature, friendly, self-motivated, customer-oriented.
• Working hours: Negotiable; On shift, from 11:00am to 7:00p.m, 7-8 hours per day, 5-6 days work per week
